The Palawan Platform sandals is an updated version of our best selling sandal. They are crafted from the softest leather. These caged sandals will mould to the foot with wear. They feature an elastic panel at the back on the ankle and lace up detail across the foot. This style is finished off with a soft tan leather double sole. All PRISM shoes are handmade in Spain using the finest exclusive leathers.

VAT/Taxes & Duties:

When ordering within the UK and EU: all prices include VAT/duties and taxes

When ordering outside the EU (European Union) all prices exclude VAT/duties and taxes and local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

PRISM ships internationally, including the following locations:

  • UK: receive within 1-3 business days £7
  • Europe: receive within 3-5 business days from £15
  • USA: receive within 3-5 business days from £20
  • Australia/Asia: receive within 5-7 business days from £25

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered - with any original tags and packaging. All bottoms or bodies must have protective hygienic liner attached for a refund.

Mail-in returns must be sent back at the customers expense and is the responsibility of the customer until we have received it back. If you would like to exchange a product the first exchange is free.

All EU returns need to be authorised prior to shipping. Orders will not be refunded if not authorised. Please email shop@prismlondon.com to organise your return.
