    RETURNS & EXCHANGE

    We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered - with any original tags and packaging. All bottoms or bodies must have protective hygienic liner attached for a refund.

    Mail-in returns must be sent back at the customers expense and is the responsibility of the customer until we have received it back. If you would like to exchange a product the first exchange is free. *No Free Exchanges for Sale Items.

    All EU returns need to be authorised prior to shipping. Orders will not be refunded if not authorised. Please email shop@prismlondon.com to organise your return.
