Sizing:

• PRISM² garments are multi-fit
• The stretch nature of the garments and seamlessness means that a size 1 is suitable for UK size 6-16 (US size 2-12)
• We currently only offer size 1

Fit:

• Due to the seamless nature of the garments and the stretch fabric, PRISM² pieces are a very particular feel and fit - which is what we feel makes them special.
• The pieces are intended to be tight on the body - using shapewear design techniques, they have a compression fit that provides strong support.
• Because of the multi-use nature of these pieces, some pieces fit like swimwear, some like sportswear and some like shapewear.

If you do not like the way your PRISM² piece fits when are you are initially trying it on - please do return it to us in an unworn condition. We cannot accept items back after they have been worn for any period of time.

• After swimming, rinse immediately after use
• Wash at max 30 degrees
• Do not iron or tumble dry
• Do not leave rolled up when wet
• Wring out gently & dry out of direct sunlight
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause damage to your garment

VAT/Taxes & Duties:

When ordering within the UK and EU: all prices include VAT/duties and taxes

When ordering outside the EU (European Union) all prices exclude VAT/duties and taxes and local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

PRISM ships internationally, including the following locations:

• UK: receive within 1-3 business days £7
• Europe: receive within 3-5 business days from £15
• USA: receive within 3-5 business days from £20
• Australia/Asia: receive within 5-7 business days from £25

REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your purchase! However, should you need to make a return, you will have 14 days from your order delivery to do so.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange - we offer free exchanged in UK only.  Please send back your item with the form filled in explaining what you would like to replace it with.

PRISM is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit. We do strongly suggest items are returned tracked and traced as are your responsibility until we receive them back.

RETURNS outside of the UK

Please note that duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Please fill out the returns form that you should have received in your order and enclose with your item in your return parcel. If you did not receive a returns form you can download it here. Please note, for European orders to be returned please email shop@prismlondon.com for these to be confirmed and return to be organised. If you choose to use our return service, the cost of your return label - calculated once received back - will be deducted from your refund.

RECEIVE A REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the refund method chosen on the return portal. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
